Simply Nonno's Sauces is the business responsible for this website. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@simplynonnos.com or through the Contact page.
Information we process
- Order and checkout information, such as name, email address, shipping address, products, quantities, promotion details, charges, payment and order identifiers, and fulfillment, tracking, refund, and notification records.
- Payment status and limited transaction details supplied by Stripe. Simply Nonno's Sauces does not receive raw card numbers through its application.
- Information supplied in customer-service, privacy, wholesale, retailer, press, or general inquiries when an available contact pathway is used.
- Optional marketing information when a person separately chooses to enroll, including the email address and consent details needed to honor that choice or a later withdrawal.
- Optional analytics information after a visitor affirmatively accepts analytics, including canonical page paths, approved storefront interactions, coarse referral classifications, and sanitized campaign attribution. Analytics does not receive customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, ZIP codes, payment details, inquiry text, or full referral URLs from the storefront event contract.
- Technical request, device, security, and diagnostic information processed by hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
- Process authorized orders and payments when commerce is available.
- Calculate shipping, validate addresses, create shipments and labels, provide tracking, and help resolve delivery issues.
- Send transactional messages such as receipts, order confirmations, and fulfillment notices.
- Respond to customer-service, privacy, wholesale, retailer, press, and general inquiries.
- Send optional marketing only after a separate affirmative choice and maintain the minimum information needed to honor a withdrawal.
- Protect the service, prevent duplicate transactions, investigate errors or disputes, and maintain operational and accounting records.
- Measure consented storefront traffic, recipe interest, retailer and Faire interactions, cart activity, wholesale interest, and completed purchases using sanitized, non-personal event properties.
Service providers and external services
Depending on the feature used, information may be processed by Stripe for payments and fraud controls; Shippo and USPS for shipping and tracking; Supabase for application and operational services; Resend and configured email providers for transactional messages; Vercel for hosting and delivery; and Faire when a visitor chooses its external wholesale pathway. Those providers apply their own terms and privacy notices.
When separately enabled for the production storefront, Google Analytics 4 processes optional analytics only after a visitor affirmatively accepts analytics. The storefront blocks analytics-provider requests before that choice and keeps advertising features disabled. Google applies its own privacy terms to the data it processes.
Simply Nonno's Sauces does not sell personal information. No Google Ads, Meta Pixel, advertising personalization, or advertising-audience technology is currently active through this optional analytics architecture.
Retention and choices
Simply Nonno's Sauces keeps information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain necessary business records, to resolve disputes, to protect the service, and to meet applicable obligations.
The analytics preference lasts for up to 180 days unless it is withdrawn sooner. Sanitized first-touch attribution lasts for up to 90 days and last-touch attribution for up to 30 days. Cookie Settings in the site footer can be used to reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time.
To ask about your information or withdraw optional marketing consent, contact hello@simplynonnos.com. Marketing email consent is separate from analytics consent and from the legal assent required for checkout. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Security and policy changes
Simply Nonno's Sauces uses service boundaries, payment-provider controls, server-authoritative commerce rules, webhook verification, access controls, and duplicate-transaction protections. No system can guarantee absolute security.
This policy may be updated when the website, business practices, or service providers change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
